Most of the "cool" features of the Script are usable on PHP4 and/or PHP5 - so, yes, you can have Thumbnails and User Voting on PHP4 - and PHP5 gives you the cherry on the cake - Alexa Rankings, Technorati Ranking and Google PR Fetcher - all three of which are done automatically!

5 Starred Script utilises a MySQL Database. If you don't have one, it won't work!

Let me say that again, the Alexa, Technorati and Google PR features are PHP5 only! User Voting and Thumbnails are PHP4 or PHP5...

In addition, you need to know that you will need an API key to access Technorati. And you will need an Amazon Access Key to access the Alexa Features - note that Alexa/Amazon charge you per call to their service. This charge is your responsibility! All features can of course be turned on or off.
